When Do I Get My Meeting Prep?
Every day at 7 AM CET, we’ll send you the assets you need for your meetings scheduled the next day. This gives you plenty of time to review and prepare to crush your meetings.
When Do I Get My Meeting Follow-Up?
After your meeting is processed (usually within an hour), you’ll receive the follow-up materials straight to your inbox—ready to help you take the next steps.
Which Meetings Will Be Prepared?
All meetings that are in your connected calendar will be prepared, also private meetings (we are working to exclude these private meetings).
What If I Don’t Get a Meeting Prep?
Here’s why this might happen:
No Match Found: We use attendees’ email addresses to match the right company and audience. If we’re not confident in a match, we’d rather skip the prep to ensure accuracy.
Large Meetings: For meetings with 10+ attendees, we skip preparation to avoid clutter. We’re working on expanding this feature.
Internal Meetings: We exclude meetings with colleagues from the same domain.
Blacklisted domains: If you’d like to blacklist specific domains, let us know—we can add them to the configuration.
We’re always improving to maximize coverage and make sure you’re prepared for every relevant meeting.
Will Anything Be Sent Automatically to the Customer?
Nope! You’re always in control. We’ll provide ready-to-send content, but nothing is sent out automatically. You decide when and what to share with your customers.
