Step 1: Download the Onboarding Data Sheet.
This overview of offerings, cases, inspiration and users will help us to configure your workspace properly. (The document is available at the bottom of this page)
๐ Please take note that this document is a guide, but not required since you can opt to directly start in uman. We are building on automated processing of this file. However today, it requires a manual step to feed this into uman.
Step 2: Add all your offerings
For each offering you can provide
One or more links to a publicly accessible website
specific documents on Google Drive or Microsoft Sharepoint
A written description
Each offering should have a name, a least 1 owner (email address) and can have Parent Offering (just 1).
Step 3: Add all your cases/Inspiration
Each case/inspiration should have at least a title and a content block providing information about that case, this could be:
One or more links to a publicly accessible website
specific documents on Google Drive or Microsoft Sharepoint
A written description
Ideally, a customer case is linked to an offering and a customer. In uman, you can add a company based on a LinkedIn Company Page like https://www.linkedin.com/company/umanai
Step 4: Add all users
Add all users and the License they need. Next to this License, you can choose which admin permissions should be assigned to the specific user. Learn more about this in our Licenses and Admin Permissions Guide
For each user you should provide a valid email address, first name and last name
Step 5: Configure teams
Each user can be assigned to a team. More information about teams can be found here.
If no teams are configured, all users will be part of the Default team
