📅 An updated meetings page
Your meetings page has an updated layout that keeps what's next and what needs follow-up easy to find.
Upcoming and Past tabs - meetings are now split into two simple tabs.
Quick status filters - narrow a tab to what a meeting needs, like to prepare, to follow up, or still recording.
Content that keeps working in the background - start creating documents or presentations for a meeting, close the window, and it keeps going, with progress in your task list.
A smoother spoken briefing - the audio version of your meeting prep now reads through cleanly from start to finish.
ℹ️ Archived meetings now live inside the Past tab.
🎯 More ways to work your leads
Filter by account type - narrow your leads to prospects, customers, or companies you haven't added to your accounts yet, and see each lead's type at a glance.
A smarter activity summary - the summary you see while working an outreach now reflects everything that's happened with that person across all your outreach and meetings, not just the one in front of you.
🧠 Refreshed AI models
We've refreshed the AI models that power uman - including lead scanning, the AI chat, and the documents and messages uman writes for your meetings and outreach - so the results keep getting sharper.
🤝 Reach out from one place
Reach out to a contact in one step - a Reach out button now sits right on your contacts, on an account's meeting contacts and on a lead's contacts, so you can start an outreach without switching screens.
No duplicate outreach - if a campaign is already running for that person, uman takes you straight to it instead of starting a second one.
Reworked account panels - an account's contacts are now one list you can filter by status, and installed offerings are easier to scan.
📣 Manage campaigns faster
You can now activate or pause a campaign directly from the campaigns list in Settings, without opening it first.
📊 Reports in your workspace settings
Workspace admins have a new Reports area under Settings, where you can view and download reports the uman team shares with your workspace.
✨ Smaller improvements
A more personal AI chat - when the AI chat drafts an email or note, it now signs it as you, not a name from the surrounding context.
Language on exports - the export window and your exported file names now show the language.
Recommendations open in a new tab - recommended offerings and cases on a lead open in a new tab, so you don't lose your place.
Smoother outreach steps - completing or rescheduling an outreach step now works reliably.
Clearer meeting details - deal meetings show the right tag, and editing a customer meeting no longer shows an unrelated deal step.
Better checkboxes - filter and selection checkboxes now respond to a single click and to the Space key.
