Go to the deal execution module by using the left hand navigation. Under the tab "follow up" you will find all your past meetings.
Follow up details post your sales meeting
uman has automatically generated your sales follow up for each meeting, so you can save a huge amount of time. Let's look at the details of this sales follow up.
Meeting summary
First of all, uman generates a full meeting summary. This can be based on 3 sources:
meeting transcription from the uman assistant that has joined your online meeting
meeting recording from the uman mobile app that you used to record an in-person meeting
meeting notes that you uploaded or entered after the meeting
You can watch the full meeting notes and full summary by clicking on those respective buttons. uman uses this information to further power all the insights from the meeting follow up and follow up meetings in the deal.
Sales coaching insights
Based on your sales meeting, uman will give sales coaching insights indicating the things that went well and the things that can be further improved upon so you can further hone your sales skills.
Deal qualification
Based on the full transcripts of all related sales meetings to the current deal, uman will also give a deal qualification score. It indicates the strengths and potential gaps of the deal, and follows the sales qualification framework of choice (such as SPICED in this example.).
Next steps
uman will suggest smart next steps based on your discussion and the gaps in your deal.
Offering updates
Based on the discussions, uman will re-evaluate which offerings are relevant for this deal. You can remove certain offerings from this when they have a lower relevance score, by clicking the "garbage" icon next to the offering.
Sales assets
Finally, uman will also generate personalised sales assets, such as follow-up emails and personalised sales decks that you can share with your prospect.
