uman supports a direct integration with Microsoft Outlook Calendar. By connecting your Microsoft environment to uman, the platform can read users' calendars to automatically prepare their upcoming sales meetings. To enable this, an administrator must first grant admin consent to the uman application.
Grant Admin Consent
Click the following admin consent link: Grant Admin Consent to uman
Log in with your Microsoft Global Administrator or Privileged Role Administrator account.
Review the requested permissions and click Accept.
Upon successful authorization, you will be automatically redirected to the uman homepage.
Troubleshooting & Configuration Gotchas
Users still cannot connect after granting consent?
Depending on your organization's configuration, user assignment might be required. If your users face access issues or "Assignment Required" errors after consent is granted, follow these steps:
Log in to the Microsoft Entra admin center.
Navigate to Enterprise applications.
Search for and select the uman Calendar application.
Under the Manage section in the left menu, click Users and groups.
Click Add user/group and assign the specific users or groups who need access to uman.
