Users may encounter a "Need admin approval" prompt when first connecting. Admins can grant consent organization-wide:

Open Azure Portal: Navigate to the <a href="https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/StartboardApplicationsMenuBlade/~/AppAppsPreview" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Microsoft Entra ID (Enterprise Applications)</a> page.

Admin Consent Requests: In the left-hand menu, click Admin consent requests.

Approve uman: Locate the request for uman and click Approve to grant the required permissions. If nothing shows up under 'My Pending,' make sure to check the 'All' reviews section as well.

If users still face issues after approval, ensure they (or a group they belong to) are added under Users and groups within the uman Enterprise Application in Entra ID.
