This release reworks your home screen into focused task lists, tightens up outreach campaigns, and brings a handful of fixes across meetings and opportunities.
🏠 A reworked home screen
Your home screen now puts your day's work front and centre with stacked task lists, so you can see what needs your attention without digging around. Depending on how your workspace is set up, you'll see:
Meetings — split into Today, To prepare, and To follow up, each with a "View all" link.
Outreach — your calls, emails, and LinkedIn tasks for the day. Click a contact to jump straight into your outreach tasklist with that person ready to go.
Opportunities — new signals on prospects and customers worth reviewing.
Which lists you see depends on your workspace's setup and your access. As part of this change, the old "Your goals" dashboard with its personal targets and KPI blocks has been retired, and personal targets are no longer part of uman.
📣 Smoother outreach campaigns
We've made working through your outreach steps more reliable and easier to read.
Same-day follow-ups now show up. Follow-up steps scheduled to run the same day, with no waiting interval, used to be missing from your tasklist. They now appear alongside the active step as expected.
Steps are labelled by their template. Across your home list, the outreach detail view, the campaign editor, and your filters, each step now carries the name of the template attached to it, so it's clearer what each step does.
A clearer progress indicator. The plain "Step X / Y" text is now a compact progress bar that fits neatly in your task lists.
One change to note: while working a tasklist, contacts now come up by their most recent available date rather than grouped by account, so you may notice them appear in a different order than before.
🤝 Better meeting and contact context
New teammates are linked to earlier meetings. When someone joins your workspace, past meetings where they were only a calendar attendee are now connected to their account as an internal participant, matched on their email addresses. We've also done a one-time pass to link up existing past meetings for current members.
Contact insights ready in your language. In prospecting and account-management workspaces, a contact's insights and summary are now translated as part of enrichment into the languages your account team uses, so they're there immediately when you view the contact in another language instead of waiting for translation on the spot.
🔧 Fixes and refinements
You can now switch a past meeting between a deal and a customer while transferring its notes; this previously failed with an error.
Internal colleagues are no longer accidentally dropped from a meeting's attendees by meeting-exclusion rules; those rules now apply only to external attendees.
A meeting's preparation or follow-up is no longer marked complete when it's actually in a failed state.
You can only complete the step that's currently active in an outreach, so a later step can't be marked done by mistake.
A newly created document template now appears once in your list instead of being shown multiple times.
On opportunities, the "Sync with CRM" option on a stakeholder now only appears when your workspace has a CRM connected, rather than showing when there's nowhere to sync to.
When you preview a document template and have nothing assigned to test against, the preview bar now shows a short message explaining this instead of a blank area.
