Your prospects and customers come together in one Accounts space, opportunity insights get a cleaner layout, and there's more across outreach, templates and analytics.

🤝 Prospects and Customers are now Accounts

Everything you used to manage under Prospects and Customers now lives in one Accounts space.

  • One label you control. Each account is marked as a prospect or a customer, and you can switch it anytime - turning a prospect into a customer is a single click.

  • Act in bulk. Select several accounts and update them together.

  • Add your way. Discover and add new prospect companies (including in bulk), or add a company you already work with through a short guided setup for owners, CRM link, notes and offerings.

  • A brief "setting up" state. A newly added account fills in on its own while uman gathers its details in the background.

  • "Health" is now "Sentiment". The same at-a-glance status from Critical to Strong - clearer name, now fully translated.

🎯 Sharper, clearer opportunities

  • Better signals. uman scans your accounts more precisely, so the opportunities it surfaces are better grounded in evidence, more relevant to what you offer, and less likely to repeat.

  • Easier to read. Each opportunity's research is now a clean, structured card - Situation, Solution and Benefits - each with a one-line summary you can expand, and benefits as easy-to-scan bullet points.

📣 Outreach and templates

  • Regenerate outreach content. While an outreach is in progress, rebuild its messages when you add a note - handy when things have moved on since it was created.

  • Straight to template search. Adding a template from the library now opens directly into search, so you reach the right one faster.

  • Turn templates on or off in place. If you manage templates, activate or deactivate a document template right from its editor.

🌐 A clearer start

  • Pick your language during onboarding. New users choose their language right away, instead of only later in settings.

  • Clearer guidance. Onboarding and settings now explain that uman uses your language for everything it generates for you - meeting prep, follow-ups and outreach messages - with a badge marking the languages that also change the app's interface.

📊 Analytics

  • Engagement by logins. For admins, user analytics now shows how many of your members - and how many of your sales-license holders - have signed in over the last 30 days.

The separate Offerings analytics view has been retired. If you relied on it, please get in touch and we'll be glad to help.

✨ Smaller improvements

  • Larger uploads. Upload Office and PDF files up to 250 MB to your portfolio resources.

  • Meeting prep that recovers itself. If a meeting preparation or follow-up ever stalls, uman now retries it automatically.

🔧 Fixes

  • Meeting preparation and follow-ups now generate reliably for workspaces that use presentation-style output.

  • Meetings on your home screen are ordered more sensibly, with the soonest first.

  • Corrected some labels in the company search that weren't translating properly.

  • Deleting an item no longer leaves broken references in your chats.
