Here's a peek at what's coming soon to uman, plus an early heads-up on a few things that are changing. (A look at what's on the way; some details may still evolve before launch.)

🤝 One unified Accounts space

  • Prospects and customers, together. We're bringing prospects and customers into a single Accounts space, so everything about an account lives in one place. Each one is simply labelled a prospect or a customer.

  • Switch labels as relationships grow. When a prospect becomes a customer, you'll just update its label, with no separate records to juggle.

  • Do more in fewer clicks. Soon you'll be able to add, label, and remove several accounts at once with new bulk actions.

🔄 A heads-up on what's changing

  • Your separate Prospects and Customers lists become one Accounts list, with the information you rely on coming along.

  • Accounts move to a single status, so the prospect-specific pause, reactivate and disqualify actions and the customer churn status are changing in their current form.

  • A few names are getting clearer: for example, "Health" becomes Relationship score.

🔍 Sharper research, clearer insights

  • More accurate company research. We've been improving the research behind your accounts and opportunities, so what uman surfaces is more factual and better organised.

  • Opportunity insights that are easier to read. A short summary up front, with the full detail when you want it.

📱 On the go

  • Meeting links open in the app. Soon, tapping a meeting link on your phone will open it straight in the uman mobile app, on the right workspace.

✨ For workspace admins

  • Publish templates without leaving the editor. Workspace admins will be able to turn a document template on or off right from the template editor.
