Here's a peek at what's coming to uman, and a heads-up on what's changing. This is a look at what's on the way, so details may still evolve before launch.
đ See how your team is using uman
User adoption in Analytics. The Users tab in Analytics becomes an adoption view for your sales team. It shows each person's calendar and CRM connection, how active they've been over the last 12 weeks, how they use uman's key features week by week, and an adoption status. Click a person to see their last 28 days and how they compare with the workspace and their team.
Team managers. Workspace admins will be able to name managers for each team under Settings âș Teams. Team managers get Analytics for the teams they manage.
Filter users by team. Settings âș Users gets a team filter, so you can quickly see who belongs where.
Workspace admins see adoption for the whole workspace, and team managers see it for their own teams.
âïž Your leads and tasks, in your inbox
New leads email. Get your new leads by email, daily or weekly.
Tasks email. Start your day or week with your email, LinkedIn and call tasks, overdue ones first.
You choose. Both emails are off by default. Turn them on, or change how often you get them, in the new Email notifications tab in your personal settings.
Refreshed meeting emails. Your meeting preparation and follow-up emails get a cleaner layout, and all their text will be in your own language.
đ Smarter research and suggestions
Broader suggested contacts. Suggestions will start from what you sell. They'll keep an account's decision-makers and the leaders your offerings are for, and use your buyer personas as a guide rather than a strict filter.
Meeting documents that keep their shape. When you switch a meeting document to another language, it will be translated as it is, instead of being written again from scratch.
AI chat titles in your language. New chats get their title in your language.
đ Your CRM's words
The terms your team already uses. If your workspace is connected to Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP or Odoo, uman will say "opportunity" instead of "deal". If you're connected to HubSpot, uman will say "company" instead of "account". This comes to the web app first.
⥠A smoother everyday flow
Lists that stay put. After you start an outreach, change a status or add something, your leads, tasks, accounts, contacts, deals and meetings lists update in place, without jumping back to the first page.
No accidental doubles. Buttons show that they're working while an action runs, so a double click won't start a second outreach or add an owner twice.
Keep what you typed. If a save fails, the window stays open with your text, so you can try again.
Meeting pages that keep your place. After an action, the meeting page updates without losing your tab, scroll position or open sections.
đ± AI chat on the go
Chat in the mobile app. A new Chat tab brings AI chat to your phone, and you can ask questions by voice too.
Ask AI on meetings. Sales meetings get an Ask AI button for quick preparation on the way to your appointment.
This arrives with an app update from the App Store and Google Play.
đ What's changing
Analytics Users tab. The adoption view replaces the current login figures and table, and the Excel export of this list goes away. The new view only lists sales users.
Meeting assistant settings. Personal and workspace settings get on/off switches instead of tabs. The list of companies and people to skip moves here from calendar settings, and the separate Skipped sales meetings tab goes away.
Turning auto-join off takes effect right away. When you turn it off, the meeting assistant is also removed from meetings that are already planned, including ones where it was added by hand. Turning auto-join back on adds it to those meetings again.
Calendar meetings and colleagues. A colleague on a calendar meeting is only linked to it in uman if they sync their own calendar. Colleagues who don't sync stay on the meeting as internal participants, so they no longer make the meeting assistant join automatically.
Shorter meeting emails. Each section in the preparation and follow-up emails shows up to four items. The full list is one click away in uman.
Account slots (workspace admins). The total under Settings âș Billing will be based on your licensed sales seats, instead of the number of active sales users.
đ§ Smaller fixes
Microphone. Closing a voice recorder while your browser is still asking for microphone access no longer leaves the microphone on.
Adding a contact on an account. When you add a contact from an account's page, the search only shows that account's people.
Recording while saving. Saving a new meeting no longer loses a voice note that is still recording.
Recovered mobile recordings. Recordings recovered after the app closed unexpectedly get the right end time.
