You can manage user licenses and admin roles from the Settings in the "Users" tab.
There are 2 different types of roles on the platform.
Licenses: these grant access to specific functionalities.
Admin roles: these are an addition to license roles, providing users with extra permissions to configure and manage functionalities.
Licenses

Sales | Access to all sales functionalities for business development, deal execution & account management. |
Basic | Default access to the portfolio. |
Admin roles
USER ROLE | ACCESS RIGHTS |
Sales Admin | Sales + can manage sequences, sales templates and other sales settings. |
Portfolio Admin | Manage portfolio content including offerings, cases, thought leadership and brands. |
Template Admin | Manage templates across portfolio offerings, cases and thought leadership. |
Workspace Admin | Manage all workspace settings, users, teams and integrations. |
