Information about licenses and admin roles

You can manage user licenses and admin roles from the Settings in the "Users" tab.

There are 2 different types of roles on the platform.

  • Licenses: these grant access to specific functionalities.

  • Admin roles: these are an addition to license roles, providing users with extra permissions to configure and manage functionalities.

Access to all sales functionalities for business development, deal execution & account management.

Basic

Default access to the portfolio.

Sales Admin

Sales + can manage sequences, sales templates and other sales settings.

Portfolio Admin

Manage portfolio content including offerings, cases, thought leadership and brands.

Template Admin

Manage templates across portfolio offerings, cases and thought leadership.

Workspace Admin

Manage all workspace settings, users, teams and integrations.
