Use the Deals section to track sales opportunities from the first conversation all the way to close. You can quickly see what’s happening, take action, and keep your CRM up to date—without losing context.
Where to find your deals
Open Deals in the sidebar to go to the All Deals page. You’ll see two tabs:
My deals: deals you’re a member of
All deals: everyone’s deals (for visibility and collaboration)
Actions you can take on a deal
From the deal actions menu, you can:
Close won: mark the deal as successfully closed.
Close lost: mark the deal as lost.
Reopen: bring a closed deal back to active—history, notes, and meeting context stay intact.
Delete: removes the deal from your active list.
How deal membership works (no manual assignment)
Deal ownership is automatically determined from sales meeting participation:
When someone is added as a participant to a meeting linked to a deal, they become a deal member automatically.
This keeps deal teams accurate without extra admin work.
How deal status is set
Deal status is derived from the stages of associated sales meetings. As meetings move through your sales process, the deal status updates—reducing manual pipeline maintenance.
