What Is the Uman Template Library?
The Template Library is a centralized collection of meeting templates that allows workspaces to select and manage templates on demand. Instead of receiving default templates at workspace creation, template managers can now handpick the templates that best fit their needs.
How to Access the Template Library
Go to Workspace Settings > Meeting Templates
Click “Add Template” to open the Template Library
Browse, search, and select templates for your workspace

Most Popular: Discover the most widely used templates across customers
Search & Filter: Use flexible tags to find relevant templates
Managing Templates in Your Workspace
Templates are not automatically preloaded into a new workspace
Template Managers choose and activate templates that fit their use case
Workspaces retain full control over which templates are enabled or disabled
Once a template is enabled, you can modify it further
All previously available templates remain in place—this update does not remove or alter any existing workspace templates.
