What Is the Uman Template Library?

The Template Library is a centralized collection of meeting templates that allows workspaces to select and manage templates on demand. Instead of receiving default templates at workspace creation, template managers can now handpick the templates that best fit their needs.

How to Access the Template Library

  • Go to Workspace Settings > Meeting Templates

  • Click “Add Template” to open the Template Library

  • Browse, search, and select templates for your workspace

Key Functionalities to Find the Right Template

  • Most Recent: See newly added templates

  • Most Popular: Discover the most widely used templates across customers

  • Search & Filter: Use flexible tags to find relevant templates

Managing Templates in Your Workspace

  • Templates are not automatically preloaded into a new workspace

  • Template Managers choose and activate templates that fit their use case

  • Workspaces retain full control over which templates are enabled or disabled

  • Once a template is enabled, you can modify it further

  • All previously available templates remain in place—this update does not remove or alter any existing workspace templates.
