First of all, navigate to the Portfolio module by clicking on the portfolio icon and go to 'Inspiration' or 'Brand assets':
The process for creating new inspiration material and brand assets is the same. I’ll walk you through the steps for adding new inspiration material.
First of all, select 'add inspirational material':
If you click on the button 'Add inspirational material', the following screen will open:
1️⃣ Enter the inspirational material name and, if needed, a custom ID.
2️⃣ Select the owner. Assign owners who can manage content and maintain accuracy.
3️⃣ Add the URLs and files related to your inspiration material.
4️⃣ Related offerings: link offerings related to your case/reference.
Click the ‘Save & Finish’ button. If you haven’t added all the required information yet, you’ll still have the option to complete your case later.

🎨 Brand assets
The brand assets section provides a dedicated space to manage and govern key brand presentations, ensuring consistency across sales and marketing materials. Each brand asset consists of a single presentation, with a designated owner to maintain accuracy and relevance. The assets also come with a status indicator, similar to ORI, so teams can track whether a presentation is in draft, approved, or actively in use. Additionally, brand assets are now part of the portfolio configuration, alongside Offerings, making it easier to structure and access them when needed.
Seamless Integration into Presentations
To streamline workflows, brand assets can be inserted directly into the presentation builder, just like ORI templates. This allows sales teams to create dynamic, on-brand presentations effortlessly, reducing friction and ensuring alignment with company messaging. By providing a single source of truth for brand presentations, the Brands tab helps teams stay organized, consistent, and efficient.
