Getting started with the meeting preparation for your first meeting
Prepare your first meeting by clicking on the ‘get started’ button:
OR by navigating to the 'Deal execution' tab on the homepage:
There you can click on 'Prepare meeting':
Start creating your meeting prep in 4 steps:
Step 1: Prepare the details of your first meeting:
Add the title of your meeting
Adapt date & time
Add a meeting link: this is optional. With a calendar integration, there's no need to add a meeting link - it's added automatically.
Step 2: Add the account details
Step 3: Add the participants:
Step 4: Add notes
If you’d like to focus on a specific topic, you can add notes to the meeting prep so the tool will take it into account.
Some examples:
I would like to talk about HR services
I want to focus on change management
The meeting preparation has been started. Once ready, you will be notified.
