Status

At Risk

Showing signs of disengagement that need proactive outreach

Neutral

Stable, no strong signals either way

Positive

Healthy engagement and active relationship

Strong

Excellent relationship health with strong engagement

Where Health is Visible

Customer health status appears consistently throughout uman:

  • Customer list — In search results when browsing your customer list

  • Customer detail page — At the top of each customer's profile

  • Homepage goals dashboard — In the Account Management column, showing overall health distribution

  • Account research sidebar — When reviewing opportunities for existing customers

This consistent visibility ensures you never lose sight of relationship health, wherever you're working in the platform.

How Health is Calculated

Customer health is calculated based on platform activity and engagement patterns. The system analyzes interactions, meeting frequency, deal momentum, offering utilization, and product feedback from meetings to produce a real-time indicator of relationship strength.

Each health assessment includes key drivers — the specific factors influencing the score — and tracks changes since the last assessment, so you can see what's improving or declining. Because it's calculated in real-time, health status always reflects the current state of your customer relationships — not a stale snapshot.

Setting Health Targets

You can set a customer health percentage target (0-100%) on your dashboard. This target represents your desired overall health level across your customer base.

Unlike other targets that use timeframes (week, month, quarter, year), the health target doesn't use a timeframe — it represents the overall health you want to maintain across your customers at all times.
