The homepage is the first thing you see when you open uman. Think of it as your daily command center — it shows you exactly what needs your attention right now and how you're tracking against your goals.
Your goals
At the top, you'll see how you're performing against your targets. Use the Week / Month / Quarter / Year toggle to switch timeframes depending on what you're focused on.
Goals are split into three areas that match uman's core workflows:

Tracks your new business pipeline activity:
Meetings booked — how many prospecting meetings you've scheduled vs. your target
Contacts to reach out — click to go directly to your outreach queue
Opportunity signals to review — click to see new signals that need your attention (e.g. job changes, funding rounds at target companies)
📆 Deal execution
Tracks your active deals:
Deals closed — your closed deals vs. target
Upcoming deal meetings to prepare for — click to see meetings that need prep
Past deal meetings to follow up — click to see meetings waiting for follow-up action
📊 Account management
Tracks the health of your existing customer accounts:
Healthy accounts — percentage of accounts in good health right now
Expansion opportunities to review — click to see upsell/cross-sell signals at your customer accounts
Contacts to reach out — click to see customer contacts that need outreach
Every number and link is clickable — they take you directly to the relevant filtered view so you can act on it immediately.
When you hit your target, the progress ring fills up and turns green.
Today's focus
Below the goals, you'll find Today's focus — a prioritized view of what needs your attention today. It's organized into three tabs, each with a badge showing the count:
Meetings — your sales meetings for today, with quick access to the AI preparation uman created for each one
Opportunity signals — new signals detected today across your prospects and customers
Outreach tasks — messages and tasks scheduled for today (e.g. LinkedIn messages, emails), with a "Start all" button to work through them
This is your daily to-do list — start here each morning to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Integration reminders
If you haven't finished setting up, uman will show a short reminder at the top of the page:
Calendar not connected — you'll see a prompt to connect your Google or Outlook calendar. This is needed to unlock AI meeting prep and follow-up.
CRM not connected — once your calendar is connected, you may see a reminder to connect your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics).
You can dismiss these reminders and they won't come back. There's also an option to download the mobile app from the banner.
Configure your goals
Click Configure (top right of the goals section) to customize your dashboard:
Toggle sections on/off — hide the areas that aren't relevant to your role (e.g. if you only do account management, hide business development)
Set your targets — enter the number you're aiming for (e.g. 10 meetings per month)
Choose your timeframe — per week, month, quarter, or year
Your homepage updates instantly to reflect your choices.
