Can I re-record a meeting?

Not yet. Each meeting currently supports a single recording. If you accidentally start and stop a short recording, you won't be able to record again for that same meeting.

If this happens, contact our support team. We can remove the accidental recording so you can try again.

My recording ended up on the wrong meeting. Can I move it?

Moving a recording between meetings is not yet possible from the app. Contact our support team with:

  • The meeting the recording is currently on (name and date)

  • The meeting it should be on (name and date)

We'll reassign the recording and regenerate the follow-up for the correct meeting.

To prevent this, always double-check the meeting name at the top of the screen before tapping Record.

What if I couldn't record my meeting at all?

You can use Dictate notes as a fallback. After your meeting, tap Start capturing β†’ Dictate notes and verbally summarize what was discussed. The app will convert your voice notes into insights and follow-up suggestions β€” just like a regular recording, up to 15 minutes.

I can't log in to the app

If you see a message saying your account wasn't found, your workspace admin needs to invite you first. Contact them or request a demo via the link in the app.

If you're having trouble connecting, check your internet connection. The app will show a network error and let you retry if the server can't be reached.

Even without logging in, you can still tap Record on the login screen to capture meetings offline. You can upload the recordings later once you're signed in.
