The Portfolio Management module provides a clear overview of offerings, cases, inspiration and brand assets to help you configure and manage your workspace. It’s a core component designed to centralize and govern all your company’s service offering data.

This module gives your team seamless, centralized access to the most up-to-date, relevant, and on-brand sales materials — including presentations, case studies, and detailed product information.

You can find the Portfolio by clicking on this icon in your left sidebar:

There are 4 different types of data you can upload to your workspace:


1️⃣ Offerings

Define your company’s offerings so sales teams can easily access relevant information.

2️⃣ Cases

These are real-world examples that show how your product or service has helped a specific customer or client succeed.

3️⃣ Inspiration

Upload or link valuable insights, best practices, and playbooks to guide sales conversations.

4️⃣ Brand assets

These assets are all the visual, written, and strategic elements that represent and communicate your brand’s identity to the outside world. They help ensure your company looks, feels, and sounds consistent everywhere.
