Using your CRM with deals

Stay on top of your deal

uman’s CRM integration is on-demand: nothing is pushed automatically in the background. You decide what to sync, and when.

Update CRM section

In the follow-up view, the Update CRM section shows link indicators for both deals and accounts.

Choose what to sync

Select exactly what you want to push:

  • deal stage

  • notes

  • custom fields

Use Select all to include everything, or Unselect all to start from scratch.

This helps you avoid sending incomplete or premature updates to your CRM.

Syncing to CRM

When you trigger a sync:

  • you’ll see a progress indicator while it runs

  • once complete, a View in CRM button appears so you can verify the record directly

Account linking

When syncing a deal, uman also loads the associated CRM account data so relationships stay consistent inside your CRM.

Deal stage sync

Pushing deal stage updates helps keep CRM pipeline reports accurate—especially after meetings when a deal progresses.

Attribution for notes

Notes synced from uman include “Created by uman” attribution so it’s clear what originated in uman vs. what was entered manually in the CRM.
