uman integrates with your CRM to provide enriched context when managing customers and to keep your CRM data synchronized with your uman activities.

CRM context in customer details

When viewing a customer in uman, the detail view is automatically enriched with relevant data from your connected CRM. This gives you a complete picture by combining uman's intelligence with your CRM's historical data.

You'll see CRM link indicators throughout the interface showing which customers are linked to CRM accounts, making it clear when you're working with synchronized data.

Pushing notes to CRM

You can sync customer notes from uman to your connected CRM on demand. When you push a note to your CRM, it includes a "Created by uman" attribution suffix that helps you identify which notes originated from uman.

This attribution is preserved even if you edit the note later, maintaining clear provenance of the information.

User-triggered actions only

CRM integration in uman works on an on-demand basis. Actions are only triggered when you explicitly request them—there are no automatic background processes running without your knowledge.

This gives you control over when data is synced and what information flows between systems.

Data safety

uman's CRM integration is designed with safety in mind:

  • No deletions: uman will never remove or delete records from your CRM

  • Additive only: Integration adds notes and updates existing records but never removes data

  • User-controlled: All CRM actions require explicit user action

Your CRM data remains safe and under your control at all times.
