Dropdown Filters

The filter dropdown button shows a list of 11 filters that can be used to refine search results. Each filter has specific functionality that allows users to quickly find the document they are looking for.

Where to find it

The filter button can be found in below the dynamic filters. When clicked upon the button it displays all filters that you can use to refine your search results. You can apply multiple filters at once by clicking on more than one filter.

Available filters and their functionality:

  1. Quality labels: useful for finding documents that have been curated for their high quality or relevance.

  2. Topics: useful for finding documents that are relevant to a particular topic or area of expertise.

  3. Content Classes: filter documents like proposals, workshops, reference cases.

  4. Industry: filter documents that are relevant to a specific industry or sector.

  5. Organisation: filter on documents that are relevant to a specific organisation or company.

  6. Author: useful for finding documents that were created by a particular person

  7. File Type: useful for finding documents that are in a specific file format.

  8. Languages: useful for finding documents that are written in a specific language.

  9. Last modified: useful for finding documents that have been recently updated or revised.

  10. Created: useful for finding documents that were recently created or published.

  11. File location: useful for finding documents that are stored in a specific location or folder.

Note: The filters are specific to the workspace, the available options will be determined by the knowledge that is currently available within your workspace.
